Coronavirus keeps shaking the film world<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coronavirus is causing panic all over the world, and the film industry is not an exception. Festivals are getting canceled (even SXSW!) and cinemas, as well as studios, are dealing with painful revenue losses. Premieres are being postponed<\/a>, most notably the newest Bond movie No Time to Die that was supposed to launch on March 31st.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First estimates predict a loss of at least 5 billion USD<\/a> throughout the movie market. Even the unimaginable might happen – Cannes, the world’s biggest film festival, taking place in May, could be cancelled<\/g>. No one can quite imagine<\/a> what consequences would that have<\/g> for the cinema, as such move<\/g> would be completely<\/g> u<\/g><\/g>nprece<\/g>dented. Let’s hope the crisis is solved quickly and people are able to start meeting again, whether it’s in cinemas or anywhere else!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s next for Orlando Bloom, beloved Legolas from Lord of the Rings and Will Turner from Pirates of the Caribbean? He will most likely be busy changing diapers together with his partner, pop-star Katy Perry. The singer announced the news in her new video. It will the actor’s second child, as he already has a son with supermodel Miranda Kerr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for what\u2019s next in his professional career: he will appear in The Outpost, a war drama about U.S. soldiers battle against hundreds of Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.
