Our company DECENT Go, a.s., with its registered seat at Rajská 15, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, ID number: 50 977 661 (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Controller”) is processing your personal data for the purpose and legal basis as specified below in this privacy notice. Our Company takes the protection of personal data very seriously, therefore you will find here all the information about the processing of your personal data as well as the information about your rights pursuant to the European Union regulation No. 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), if the GDPR is applicable.

2.1. We process your personal data you provide to us voluntarily , mainly by filling out the form “Let’s talk” on our website. We process mainly your identification, contact data (mainly your first name, last name and email address) and other data you provide us via the form.
2.2. We do not process any special categories of personal data (sensitive data).
3.1. We process your personal data for marketing purpose which involves direct marketing (newsletters) of our Company’s services and products and to keep you up to date with the status of the development of our project FILMZIE or/and for the purpose of establishing/ initiating business communication if you intend to cooperate with our company (b2b).
3.2. We process your identification and contact personal data based on your consentyou granted us voluntarily. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time using our Company’s contact information stated above or using the link to unsubscribe in our newsletter emails. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
4.2. We also disclose your personal data to our companies which provide IT support and development for our Company and our project, including the companies which provide us with webpage hosting.
