Our company DECENT Go, a.s., with its registered seat at Rajská 15, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, ID number: 50 977 661 (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Controller”) is processing your personal data for the purpose and legal basis as specified below in this privacy notice. Our Company takes the protection of personal data very seriously, therefore you will find here all the information about the processing of your personal data as well as the information about your rights pursuant to the European Union regulation No. 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), if the GDPR is applicable.

Our Company is in the position of a Controller, which means that our Company determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS

2.1. We process your personal data you provide to us voluntarily , mainly by filling out the form “Let’s talk” on our website. We process mainly your identification, contact data (mainly your first name, last name and email address) and other data you provide us via the form.

2.2. We do not process any special categories of personal data (sensitive data).

3. WHY DO WE HAVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS THE BASIS FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1. We process your personal data for marketing purpose which involves direct marketing (newsletters) of our Company’s services and products and to keep you up to date with the status of the development of our project FILMZIE or/and for the purpose of establishing/ initiating business communication if you intend to cooperate with our company (b2b).

3.2. We process your identification and contact personal data based on your consentyou granted us voluntarily. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time using our Company’s contact information stated above or using the link to unsubscribe in our newsletter emails. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. THE RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

4.1. Your personal data will be provided to the company The Rocket Science Group LLC, a headquartered in the State of Georgia in the United States, which operates an online marketing platform and operates the platform for our newsletter and marketing (MailChimp). 4.2. We also disclose your personal data to our companies which provide IT support and development for our Company and our project, including the companies which provide us with webpage hosting.

4.3. We may also provide or disclose your personal data to any competent law enforcement body, regulator, government agencyor other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary:

4.3.1. as a matter of applicable law or regulation; or

4.3.2. to exercise, establish or defend legal rights; or

4.3.3. to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.

5. FOR HOW LONG WE WILL STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

5.1. We willstore your personal data for the entire duration of the consent (three years), respectively until the moment you withdraw your consent.

6. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

6.1. You have the right to access,correct,updateor to deleteall of your personal data. We will consider your request in accordance with the applicable laws. If the GDPR is applicable, you have the following data protection rights :

6.1.1. Right to access:You have the right to know if we process your personal data, which data we process about you, for what purposes, for how long, where do we obtain your personal data, to whom we transfer them, who else processes your personal data, if an automated decision-making or profiling in relation to your personal data is performed and what other rights associated with the processing of your personal data you have. Every information you can find is in this Privacy Notice. If you are not certain which personal data we process about you, you can ask us to confirm whether personal data that concern you are or are not processed by us, and if so, you have the right of access to such personal data. As part of your right of access, you can request a copy of your personal data processed, the first copy of which is provided free of charge and additional copies are subject to a fee.

6.1.2. Right to a rectification:If you find out that the personal data that we process about you are inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have them rectified or completed, as the case may be, without undue delay.

6.1.3. Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’):In the following situations, you have the right to request that we erase your personal data. We will erase your personal data without undue delay if any of the following conditions is fulfilled:

6.1.3.1. we no longer need the personal data for the purposes for which we processed them;

6.1.3.2. you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and we do not have another reason for any further processing of the personal data;

6.1.3.3. you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by us is no longer in compliance with generally binding legislation;

6.1.3.4. the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation pursuant to applicable law.

Please note that if one of the conditions is met, it does not mean that we will erase all your personal data immediately. This right will not apply in the event that the processing of your personal data continues to be necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend our legal claims.

6.1.4. Right to restriction of processing:In certain situations, in addition to the right of erasure, you can exercise the right of limitation on processing of personal data. This right allows you to request in certain situations that your personal data are tagged and such data are not be subject to any further processing operations - however, not forever in this case (as in the event of the right to erasure), but instead for a limited period of time. We have to limit the processing of personal data when:

6.1.4.1. you challenge the accuracy of personal data until we identify which data are correct;

6.1.4.2. we process your personal data without a sufficient legal basis, but you prioritize their limitation over erasing such data (e.g. if you expect that you would provide such data to us in the future anyway);

6.1.4.3. we no longer need your personal data for the aforementioned purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of your legal claims; or

6.1.4.4. you object to the processing; the right to object is described in more detail below – „Right to object”). For the duration of the investigation of the legitimacy of your objection, we are required to limit the processing of your personal data.

6.1.5. Right to data portability:You have the right to receive all your personal data from us that you provided to us and we process your personal data on the basis of your consent. We will provide your personal data to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In order to be able to easily transfer data at your request, this can only include the data that we process in our electronic databases using automated means.

6.1.6. Right to object:You have the right to object to processing in the event our Company is processing the personal data based on the legitimate interest. We currently do not process your personal data based on the legitimate interest.

6.1.7. How to exercise your rights:You can exercise your rights using our Company’s contact information stated above.

6.1.8. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: The exercise of rights in the manner described above does not affect your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. You can exercise this right mainly if you believe that we process your personal data without authorization or in violation of generally binding legislation. You can lodge a complaint against the processing of personal data by us with a data protection authority, in particular in the European Economic Area member state of your habitual residence.
