Jim Morrison: Rock Poet

THE STORY

Jim Morrison was a wonderful by product of 1950's era of a new breed of artists: self-titled intellectuals and modern-day philosophers, gathering in coffee houses in New York, San Francisco and Paris reading Beat Poetry. The sex symbol considered himself to be a poet first, he was a man of words prior to The Doors and up until the day of his death at age 27.
